I know several great authors were alcoholic, but I had no idea it was an actual requirement for the job. You see, every Friday when I come home from some party, I wake up with my netbook next to me. When I turn it on, surely enough, something I couldn’t have written while sober pops up. Or, in other instances, I vaguely remember using my phone as a  recorder and then I waking up to listen to some off-pitch singing in it.

Now, this wouldn’t be such a problem if I didn’t write like a hack while I was sober. Point in case, this post.  You may think “Well, that doesn’t sound so bad.” Think about this: What if you could only do whatever it is you like if you were drunk? That’s right, it would suck and your livers would hate you forever.

It’s important to point out that this is not a consistent experience. The time before the last time this happened, I wrote what could only be described as Molly’s Lips with slightly different lyrics. I’m sure this will be a huge advantage when I arrive at university, but in the meantime it’s pretty unusual and not cool at all.

I wonder if i just means I can concentrate more when I’ve drank. Alcohol does tend to bring out the focus in me. I remember once telling the entire story of WW2, a brief recap of the cold ward and explained how Cuba isn’t that good (who would think you need to explain that?) in the process of a couple of hours. Good thing there was vodka near, otherwise I wouldn’t have had the courage to mimic the US-USSR tension with weird faces.

I think I have ADD.  For real, I can’t concentrate on anything for too long.  I’m going to make a new review by the end of this week, though. It’s about one of the first ever steampunk comics. Unfortunately, I can’t be bothered to go find the file and the name right now, so, yeah.

I saw Gran Torino this weekend too. Goddamn. I almost cried at the end. And Clint Eastwood was fucking funny. As in, hilariously so. Like the dude from @shitmydadsays. Well, I’ve got to go back to studying chemistry…

Creo que tengo ADD. En serio, no me puedo concentrar en nada por mucho tiempo. Creo que voy a hacer una nueva reseña para el final de la semana. Puede que sea sobre uno de los primeros comics de steampunk. No tengo ganas de ir a buscar el nombre. Vi Gran Torino el fin de semana. Verga. Casi lloro al final. Y Clint Eastwood fue muy gracioso. School, the SAT test and a flu has gotten me down again. I’ll try to make it up with a few articles but I don’t think a video is coming anytime soon.
