Verdict is out: DSi sucks.
Okay, I was thrilled at the SD card because I keep losing my microSDs and because I like cameras on every device I posses. HOWEVER:
It has a lower battery life. At normal brightness, it’s 3-4 hours shorter than the DS Lite’s. Specs:
Lowest to highest brightness.
DSi: 9-14 hours, 8-12h, 6-9h, 4-6h, 3-4h
DS Lite: 15-19 hours, 10-15h, 7-11h, 5-8h
No gba slot. NO GBA FUCKING SLOT?! Who do you think you are, Nintendo? Sony? Because this is the same shit they pulled on us with PS3. Backwards compatibility > 0.3MP SHIT CAMERA.
There’s only support for AAC music files. That’s right, you can’t play MP3 files on a DSi. Genius!
No support for flashcarts (yeah, call me a piratefag but this is also a reason).
Seriously, with Wii Music, and now the DSi, it’s clear that Nintendo isn’t trying anymore.
